Caravan was with an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
Can’t think of anything.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The caravan was super well-equipped and spacious, perfect for our weekend getaway. The living room had enough space for the kids to run around, and the seating was ample for our whole party to enjoy meals together comfortably. The beach was just a few minutes walk away and easily accessible. The location was fantastic, with the entertainment hub nearby but far enough to not disturb our stay. The property was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. We were thrilled to find out that there was free parking right outside, and for those traveling by bus, there was a convenient bus route running nearby. We were also amazed at the amenities available, from the indoor swimming pool and sauna to the pub with bingo and games, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The property was well-stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee, towels, and comfortable bed linen. All in all, our experience here was simply jaw-dropping!

I recently stayed at a lovely place in Pevensey called Jacob's Place, and I must say, it was in an incredible location. Just a short walk from the beach, marina, and various shops, it was super convenient. The house itself was beautifully arranged and very clean. And even if the weather wasn't great, they had an indoor swimming pool and sauna to enjoy. There was also a pub nearby with plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults.

The room was so cozy, with a comfy sofa bed and a perfect little desk area. I loved having a kitchen with a microwave and fridge - it made me feel at home. And the flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some evening entertainment. The ironing facilities came in handy too!
I just wish the cable TV had more channels. But hey, that's just me.

I loved that Jacob's Place had a restaurant, bar, and even an ATM! It's like a convenient little village within the hotel. Plus, the garden was a lovely spot to relax.
Oh, how I adored paying extra for the facilities that were advertised as included. Such a delightful surprise!

I recently stayed at a lovely place close to the beach and marina, just a short walk or 3 bus stops away from various shops like Asda, Wilko, Sports Direct, and Tkmaxx. The location was amazing, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The hosts had beautifully arranged the place and it was very clean. They even provided an indoor swimming pool and sauna in case of bad weather. Additionally, there was a pub nearby with bingo and lots of entertainment for children. The caravan itself was well-equipped and had plenty of space in the living room for kids to run around. The beach was easily accessible and the hub of entertainment was close by, but not close enough to disturb the tranquility. The owner was also very nice and easy to communicate with. it was a great weekend getaway and I would highly recommend Jacob's Place.
Cannot find any fault. 😊

The property was well-equipped with toiletries, tea, coffee, and plenty of towels and good bed linen. the living room had enough space for the kids to run around, and there was ample seating for our group to enjoy meals together comfortably. the beach was just a short walk away, and we loved how accessible it was. the location was ideal, with shops and amenities within a short distance.
It would have been helpful to know upfront about these extra charges to avoid any unexpected expenses.
